Inclement Weather Policy

Inclement weather is inevitable throughout the year, and hotels and golf courses may close the golf course or operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion.

In the event of such circumstances, our Inclement Weather Policy is as follows:

1. Prior to Arrival Date

Details of each golf course's inclement weather policy are available from our service team at info@infinitgolf.com.

If requested, we will call and check the status of the golf course on your behalf. Should you choose not to travel, subject to the supplier's policy in these circumstances, we will try to postpone your golf game. However, price supplements may apply depending on when your break is rebooked. We will do our best to secure a refund in the event of adverse weather conditions but cannot guarantee it. If your travel is affected due to your country of origin, Infinit Experiences Group will not be able to claim a refund from UAE properties. In this case, no refunds are available for cancellations under such circumstances.

2. During Your Golf Break

Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered an accepted part of playing after rainy days. Please note that trolley and buggy bans may occur on a few holes or all holes when a course is wet, as determined by those in charge of the golf course.
